Order agreement

A binding agreement is created when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, stock issues or suspected fraud.

Product information

Products consist of decorative art prints and frames intended for indoor use. Minor color differences may occur due to monitor calibration and printing process.

Pricing

All EU prices include VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, VAT and import fees.

Payment

Payments are handled by secure payment partners. We never store card details.

Made‑to‑order production

Products are produced after order confirmation. Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by carriers, customs processing or force majeure events beyond our control.

Disputes

Disputes should first be resolved through customer support. Customers in the EU may use online dispute resolution platforms according to local law.
