Customers have a 3‑year complaint right under Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Complaint procedure

1. Contact within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide photos and order number

3. Await confirmation before return

Approved cases

If approved we will replace or refund the product and cover return shipping.

Not considered defects

Normal wear, misuse, incorrect handling, exposure to moisture, sunlight damage or incorrect installation.
