Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law customers normally have a 14‑day withdrawal right.

Exception for custom‑made goods

Our products are printed after order and considered custom‑made. Therefore the withdrawal right does not apply once production begins, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

Withdrawal applies only if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
